According to this rule, the people of UP can keep only four bottles of 750 ml liquor at home. This will include two Indian brands and two foreign brands. If you want to keep more liquor in the house than this, then you will need a bar license in the house.

Under the new rules, those who buy liquor in bulk from the shop can also be asked to show home bar license. According to the information received, an application can be made for the Home Bar from the District Excise Department, which will be approved by the DM. One year fee for home bar license will be Rs 12 thousand and security deposit will be Rs 51 thousand.
