The minimum cost of tours from the Russian Federation to Greece starts from 123,000 rubles

Tour operators are seeing an increase in the number of Russians wanting to relax in Greece. The cost of the tour will cost travelers in the amount of 123,000 rubles, reports the Association of Tour Operators of Russia.

Tour operators attribute Greece’s growing popularity among Russians to the emergence of additional flight options. According to Space Travel, including transfers, the journey will take an average of around 10 hours. Most often tourists pass through Istanbul, Dubai, Belgrade, Cairo.

Holidays in Greece are usually chosen by wealthy travelers. More than half of bookings are for five-star hotels with all-inclusive meals or breakfast and dinner, TEZ TOUR said.

Getting a Schengen visa for a holiday in Greece is now easy for Russians. Documents can be processed within a maximum of two weeks.

PEGAS Touristik offers its customers seven-night tours in two- to three-star hotels with breakfast for 123.6 thousand rubles. A higher class hotel can cost 139-150 thousand. For five stars you will have to pay from 180 thousand rubles.

Ambotis Holidays organizes trips for seven nights from 140 thousand rubles, PAC Group – for six nights from 1.7 thousand euros for two.

In Space Travel, a seven-night trip costs from 148,000 rubles. LEAD GROUP offers to buy a seven-night tour in a luxury hotel for 318,000.

Earlier, travel agent Avgustina Zaripova said Russians who are not keen on paying too much for a more expensive holiday in Turkey should consider other tourist destinations. Among them are Egypt and Cyprus.
