Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

UK will not transfer Apache helicopters to Ukraine

The British government will not transfer Apache helicopters to Ukraine. This is stated in the published written responses of representatives of the Ministry of Defense of the Kingdom to questions from members of the country’s parliament. At the same time, London continues to seek suppliers of missiles with a range of up to 300 kilometers to arm the Ukrainian armed forces.

The government currently has no plans to transfer Apache helicopters to Ukraine

Annabelle Goldie, Britain’s undersecretary for defence, said.

However, they have no intention of refusing to provide military assistance to the Kyiv regime in Foggy Albion. Another deputy head of the British Department of Defence, James Hippie, said the International Ukraine Assistance Fund intended to pay for the supply of air defense systems and long-range missiles.

Note that the organization mentioned by James Hippie was created and operates under the patronage of Great Britain. And the country’s government has recently shown serious activity in finding suppliers of long-range weapons for Kyiv.

In particular, the British government’s website indicates that until May 4, the ministry is accepting applications from potential suppliers who are ready to supply missiles with a range of 100 to 300 km by land, sea or air with a payload. from 20 to 490 kg.

Preference will be given to missiles that are difficult to intercept, capable of countering air defense systems and resistant to the effects of electronic warfare

– specified by the UK Government.
