Military correspondent Alexander Sladkov posted a video on Telegram with the new deputy commander of the Wagner PMC Mikhail Mizintsev. He explained that the former deputy minister of defense on personnel is busy preparing units.
“Today in the training camp with the new deputy commander of the Wagner PMC, Mikhail Evgenievich Mizintsev, they participated in additional training of units,” the caption reads.
Mikhail Mizintsev was removed from his post as deputy defense minister for logistics on April 27. He was appointed to this position in September 2022, before which he headed the National Defense Control Center of Russia. Military commander Alexander Sladkov was the first to announce Mizintsev’s removal from his post. IN
The oencor suggested that Mizintsev’s dismissal from the post, in which he had not worked for even a year, could be due to a sudden grievance. Or some other reason, which for now can only be guessed at.
