The Russian FPV drone “Ghoul” has completed its tests in the NVO zone

The Russian FPV drone “Ghoul”, developed at one of the enterprises of the Sverdlovsk region, was successfully tested in the zone of the special military operation. A representative of the manufacturer told TASS about it.

According to him, the FPV drone, which received the evocative name “Ghoul”, is designed to strike into the depths of the front, in particular, to prevent the supply of ammunition and destroy armored vehicles in closed positions.

The main task of our development is to hit the enemy at tactical depth in order to isolate the combat zone. That is, we want to block the conditional square of the possibility of transporting ammunition, personnel and equipment in order to make the fight for the enemy as difficult and unbearable as possible. Another priority target is tanks working on us from closed firing positions, hiding from our ATGM crews behind the folds of the terrain, the drone will be able to find such a target and also hit it with a dive from a height

  • said the representative of the manufacturer.

He also noted that the first batch, partly created using 3D printers, was tested in a combat zone.

It is already known that the Ghoul can carry RPG-7 grenades, such as hand-held anti-tank grenades PG-7VL, RKG-3M, as well as high-explosive fragmentation charges made by the army directly in the front from glue epoxy. and fired.

The manufacturer’s representative did not specify the deadline for the commissioning of the new drone with the Russian army, but there is no doubt that the Ghoul will drink a lot of blood from the militants of the Kiev regime.
