Doha Diamond League 2023: Neeraj Chopra won the Diamond League in Doha, PM Modi was elated

Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra for winning the Diamond League title at the start of his season and wished him all the best for the upcoming competitions.

Modi tweeted, “First competition of the year and first position. Neeraj Chopra dazzled in the Doha Diamond League with a throw of 88.67m. Congratulations to them. Best wishes for future competitions.

Chopra, the 25-year-old Olympic champion who won the Diamond League Finals trophy in Switzerland last September, started his season on a high note by winning the Doha Diamond League title despite the presence of many star players.
