In Russia began to fine drivers for 10 thousand rubles for the untidy appearance of the car

A dirty car can result in a fine of 10,000 rubles for a Russian driver.

From the beginning of spring, traffic police officers began to catch motorists whose car, to put it mildly, was in an untidy state. Owners of such cars are fined, referring to article 12.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Damage of roads, railway crossings or other road structures”

The document specifies a penalty in the form of a fine for damage to the roadway. Pollution of the track, which in theory can provoke an accident, also applies to the law.

The state traffic inspector has the right to stop the car, behind which a plume of dirt and other waste stretches. The driver must pay from 5,000 to 10,000 rubles, officials – 25,000 rubles, legal entities – 300 thousand rubles, reports auto look .
