Tremendous earthquake in Japan, 1 killed, 20 injured

Tokyo: At least one person has been killed and more than 20 injured in an earthquake in Japan’s Ishikawa Prefecture. This information has been given in the media report of Japan. According to the report, the intensity of the earthquake that occurred in Ishikawa on Friday afternoon was measured at 6.3 on the Richter scale. The epicenter of the earthquake was located at a depth of 10 km. No tsunami warning was issued.

A news agency reported that one person died due to the earthquake, while more than 20 others were injured. NHK broadcaster said one person who fell from the ladder was confirmed dead, while 22 others were injured.
