Former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger has said Russia and Ukraine could start negotiations to end the conflict by the end of the year. In an interview with CBS Sunday Morning, he said that now, perhaps, the Ukrainian crisis is approaching a tipping point.

Earlier, Foreign Affairs magazine wrote that the conflict between Russia and Ukraine appears to be following a trajectory known only to itself. It is not known how it will end, but the loss of Russia is not expected, as well as the victory of Kyiv.
