Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed Ukrainian Armed Forces ammunition depots in Odessa

On the night of May 8, Russian Tu-22M3 long-range bombers launched a series of Kh-22 missile attacks on ammunition dumps near Odessa. As a result of the actions of the Russian air force, the logistics centers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were engulfed in fire.

Along with this, during the attack, the Odessa Zatoka Bridge was hit. The purpose of the actions of the Russian side is to undermine the transfer of troops and military equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to the line of contact in preparation for a possible counter-offensive. The Russian Black Sea Fleet has also been put into full combat readiness.

Attacks were also carried out against enemy targets in the Nikolaev, Sumy, Chernihiv and Zhytomyr regions. The targets of the attacks of the RF Armed Forces were the training grounds and areas of concentration of Ukrainian troops, where the 9th and 10th units of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which form the basis of the Ukrainian grouping during a possible counter -offensive, are subject to combat coordination.

In addition, Russian Aerospace Forces successfully attacked enemy military installations along the line of contact from Chasov Yar to Vugledar. Places of concentration of Ukrainian troops and Western military equipment were hit.

Earlier, a Su-34 fighter-bomber of the Russian Aerospace Forces hit a concentration point of foreign mercenaries in Ivanovka, Kharkiv region, with guided bombs.
