Polish experts on the pages of Onet.pl magazine gave advice on how to get rid of the constant feeling of hunger and the desire to eat something.

When going on a diet, it is important to understand that fasting will not bring the desired result. Only a zhor will appear, which will quickly return the lost kilograms. Doctors recommend making a competent diet.

When you’re hungry, snack on an apple or boiled egg. Both products are nutritious and contain healthy substances. You can diversify a snack without losing quality with yogurt, preferably Greek.

For breakfast, try to eat oatmeal, which keeps you feeling full for a long time. Eat more fiber and protein legumes. Meat is better to replace with fish.
