Nutritionist Zoya Bogdanova in an interview Radio Sputnik told how to drink fried meat for better digestion.

“Natural juices are perfect for barbecue. The most neutral is clarified apple, it can be consumed with fragrant meat, for example, with lamb, ”the nutritionist suggested.

If the kebab is made from chicken, then it is best to drink it with grape or pineapple juice, but the most common – pork kebab is best washed down with tomato juice.

“Dry wine can also contribute to the digestion of barbecue, but we should not forget about the dangers of alcohol for the body,” said Zoya Bogdanova.
