Tagore Jayanti: Modi, Shah and Mamta bow down to Gurudev

New Delhi / Kolkata. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee paid tributes to Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore on his birth anniversary on Tuesday. “My salutations to Gurudev Tagore on his birth anniversary,” Mr Modi tweeted.

In her tweet, Ms Banerjee said, “I pay my humble tributes to Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore on his birth anniversary.” Has shaped the rich cultural heritage and inspired many people across the world. May his teachings and philosophy continue to guide us all.
