Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said the US State Department has begun using artificial intelligence technologies to vet Russian news content for misinformation. This is reported by “360”.
Blinken talked about a certain content aggregator that works with the support of artificial intelligence.
“We have started filtering Russian content online around the world to promote digital literacy and independent media resources to prevent Russia from spreading disinformation,” Blinken said.
According to the Secretary of State, in order to identify false texts allegedly generated by Russian chatbots, the United States is also cooperating with representatives of the scientific and educational sphere.
Previously, a Pentagon employee was “scared to death” by an artificial intelligence chat bot ChatGPT. As Breaking Defense details, he was alarmed by the neural network’s inability to read context, when it can communicate with ease and authority.
