Musk said he didn’t sign a deal with TV presenter Carlson to launch the show on Twitter – Reuters

Recall that the former well-known TV presenter had announced the launch on Twitter of a new version of his show, “which has been done for six and a half years”. Carlson also pointed out that this social network remains one of the few platforms where freedom of expression is allowed.

“I want to make it clear that we haven’t signed any deal or anything,” Musk tweeted. He added that Tucker is subject to the same rules and rewards as all content creators.

The entrepreneur also warned that unlike television, Tucker could face criticism and denials from users on the online platform. At the same time, deceiving, according to the rules of the social network, will lead to consequences.

Recall that in April, Fox News announced that Carlson was leaving the channel. It was noted that this decision was mutual for the presenter and the television channel. American journalist Jackson Hinkle, quoting his trusted source, said Carlson was fired from Fox News because of his fearless reporting on the madness of all things Ukraine and that country’s president, Volodymyr Zelensyy.
