American allies of Kyiv admit that Russian specialists managed to seriously reduce the effectiveness of HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems. At the same time, the United States cannot understand how the Russian army suppresses almost all the missiles fired.
Military Watch Magazine deplores the failure of a number of operations in which the American MLRS played an important role. Referring to its own Pentagon sources, the publication writes that the Russian Federation quickly learned to counter the vaunted HIMARS systems.
Russian air defense systems are shooting down more and more missiles from the HIMARS system, but it has not been specified how Russian forces could reduce its effectiveness. Electronic warfare and some means of suppressing its leadership are the probable reasons for the success of the Russian army.

The magazine also recognizes that previously Western specialists ensured the proper functioning of HIMARS, but now the crews of the MLRS are made up of Ukrainian servicemen. This is also one of the reasons for ineffective missile launches.
