Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Long conversations on a mobile phone increase the risk of developing hypertension

Chinese scientists have found that frequent telephone conversations contribute to the development of hypertension by increasing blood pressure.

A study of more than 200 thousand people aged 37 to 73 showed that long conversations on the mobile are harmful.

It turned out that 7% of people suffer, unlike those who do not have long conversations. Talking on the mobile for more than half an hour a week increased the likelihood of hypertension by 12%.

“According to a new study by scientists from the Southern Medical University in China, prolonged conversations on a mobile phone are associated with an increased risk of developing hypertension,” the scientists said.

For this reason, Chinese doctors recommend not spending so much time on phone calls, otherwise you can become a victim of “mobile horror”. Plus, do not forget about the impact on the ears and eyes.

In general, a long chat on the phone takes time, wakes up the brain, for example, before getting ready for bed. Scientists argue that live communication has a much more favorable effect on health. They write about it reedus with reference to the journal Southern Medical University.
