The Russian Ministry of Health spoke about the need to teach tolerance to people specializing in the field of psychiatry.

The 36-hour program is called “Psychological and psychotherapeutic assistance to people who have experienced severe stress and their families.” Doctor Nikolai Govorin is sure that it is necessary now, writes “Parliamentary newspaper”.
