In the Russian Federation, doctor Vyalov informed about a popular mistake with the intestines, which is more dangerous than fatty and fried foods

Candidate of Medical Sciences, gastroenterologist, hepatologist Sergey Vyalov spoke about a common dietary mistake, due to which the intestines stop working.

Contrary to many claims, for normal bowel function it is not enough just to eat well and minimize the consumption of fried and fatty foods. In his Telegram channel, the specialist said that what we eat is digested in the upper parts of the digestive system and absorbed in the upper parts of the intestine, writes “Russian newspaper” .

Therefore, it is not enough just to get fats, proteins and carbohydrates for the intestines to work like a Swiss watch. You need to drink the required amount of water, namely at least one and a half liters per day.

If the intestines do not receive the required portion of the liquid, they will still take their own, however, you will have to deal with constipation.

“If you don’t want constipation, drink enough water,” Vyalov advised.
