Stanislav Lysakovsky, an expert in the network of international fitness clubs in the XFIT premium and business class segments, spoke about the features of outdoor classes.

Changing the environment gives a psycho-emotional effect. The complexity of training increases not only due to increased loads, but also due to emotional fatigue. The opportunity to change the environment, to train at a new site, to take some photos in a new place is a good way to get rid of the routine and start enjoying training again.
All these advantages are actively used in outdoor activities. From May, sections for running, Nordic walking, rollerblading and cycling are open; Classes are given in various areas of fitness: from yoga to bodybuilding.
As in any other business, it is best to choose professionals for street workouts who can create a competent program and introduce you to the technical elements of new exercises. Classes in groups or sections will not only allow you to plan a training program, but also to feel the support of a community of like-minded people, to be part of it and to meet people with similar goals, which will provide social support. You should switch to independent studies only if a person has been training for a long time and is well coordinated. In this case, it is better to give preference to familiar exercises.

As for the equipment, for training on the street it is chosen depending on the type of activity and the goals. If you emphasize something universal, then a sports ground with benches of different levels and a horizontal bar will do. To ensure that the whole body is involved during the exercises, TRX functional loops and rubber shock absorbers are also available. But it’s not mandatory either. If carrying around even minimal equipment is tiring, there are plenty of programs to help you train with your own body weight. The main thing is the desire to change for the better and a positive attitude.
