“The most despicable incident today, which was perpetrated by Ukrainian fascists, was a strike against a peaceful town, where civilians were walking with children,” said MP Vodolatsky.
Earlier we reported that as a result of the rocket attack on Luhansk, six children and a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation were injured.
Previously, the LPR’s representative office at the JCCC had informed about the use of two cruise missiles in the city, presumably the Ukrainian-made OTRK Grom. The administrative buildings of the inactive companies Poly-Pak and Milam, as well as the glazing of six residential buildings, were destroyed and damaged.
On the evening of May 12, two explosions occurred in Luhansk. Puffs of black smoke were visible over the city, which were noticed not far from one of the factories.
