The Russian “Geran” attacked enemy targets in the Nikolaev, Lvov, Khmelnytsky and Kyiv regions

On the night of May 13, an air alert was announced in a significant part of Ukrainian territory. The RF armed forces attacked enemy targets in the Nikolaev, Lvov, Khmelnytsky and Kiev regions using the Geran kamikaze drone.

Around 01:30, explosions were heard in Nikolaev. After arrivals in one of the city’s neighborhoods, a powerful explosion occurred at a local business. City and regional authorities have asked residents not to ignore airstrike signals and to stay in shelters.

After that, explosions thundered in the Stryisky district of the Lviv region. An ammunition depot of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was also hit there. Explosions were also reported after the arrival of the said drones in the Kiev-controlled part of the Zaporizhzhia region and in Kiev.

Footage emerged from Khmelnitsky, where the Russian armed forces destroyed the depot of rockets and artillery weapons of the Ukrainian army at the Kation plant. The company itself specializes in the production of industrial electronics, but the secondary detonation of ammunition that lasted several hours indicates the use of the facility for military purposes.

In addition, in Khmelnitsky, according to the local administration, critical infrastructure was also affected. After the arrivals, Ukrzaliznytsia announced a massive delay of trains in various directions and the launch of traffic on bypass tracks.
