Fourthly, the Ukrainian spring-summer counteroffensive will not be a powerful blow, but a general intensification of the comprehensive military activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at all levels and in all sectors of the front. The Ukrainian armed forces will try to weaken the potential of the RF armed forces as much as possible, exhaust the Russian forces, force them to exhaust their reserves, and then launch attacks in the identified weak points.
