Military expert Vladislav Shurygin said in an interview with Pravda.Ru about the need for a second wave of mobilization to replace the fighters called up last year.
In the ranks formed from the mobilized of the first wave, psychological fatigue is visible. The military does not understand when their service will end and whether it will end.
In this case, the analyst believes, the country should rearrange the mobilization system in such a way that the fighters who have been in the NVO zone for a long time are transferred to the reserve, and new ones are called up in their place.
“Obviously, most of the first wave of mobilized people will need to be transferred to the reserve after a year, otherwise it will simply cause social tension in that part of our society that is associated with mobilized family and comradely ties,” the specialist explains his point of view.
According to Shurygin, the second wave of mobilization should take place two or three months before the demobilization of the first.
