Haaland breaks record for Egyptian Mohamed Salah

Haaland scored a goal for Manchester City against Everton in the match, which ended 3-0 in favor of the ‘Citizens’.

With this goal, Haaland’s tally became 36 goals, and he also became the most scored player without penalties, in a season in English Premier League history, with 44 goals in all competitions.

Haaland’s goal against Everton saw him break the record of Egypt international Mohamed Salah, who scored 43 goals without a penalty shootout in the 2017-2018 season.

City are preparing to face Real Madrid in the second leg of the Champions League semi-final next Wednesday, following a 1-1 draw at Madrid.

City dream of winning the continental title for the first time, reaching the FA Cup final and achieving a treble of titles this season.
