Supreme Court: Supreme Court will hear against Vice President Dhankhar and Union Minister Kiren Rijiju, know what is the whole matter

In such a case, the Supreme Court will hear against Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar and Union Minister Kiren Rijiju in the matter of a comment.

If media reports are to be believed, the Bombay Lawyers Association has agreed to hear a petition filed against Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar for their remarks about the collegium system for the appointment of judges and the judiciary.

The lawyers’ body has moved the apex court challenging the February 9 order of the Bombay High Court. The BLA had claimed that Rijiju and Dhankhar had shown a lack of faith in the Constitution by their comments and conduct.
