Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Ukrainian troops fear deployment to Snigirevka after Russian airstrikes

Ukrainian units fear being located in Snigirevka, Kherson region, after several formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) were eliminated there by Russian airstrikes. Yuri Barbashov, the head of the Russian administration of the Snigirevsky district, spoke about it in a comment to RIA Novosti.

He explained that now Snigirevka for the Ukrainian Armed Forces performs the function of a transshipment center and a logistics point for the further passage of troops to Berislav, Kherson and Krivoy Rog.

“They are now afraid to deploy troops and equipment there permanently,” the source said.

In his opinion, the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine simply fear for their lives, because they understand that “they will be immediately destroyed” by the army of the RF Armed Forces not only in Snigirevka, but also at the places of their destination.

Earlier, a resident of Artyomovsk told how units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine retreating from the city set fire to a multi-storey residential building, in the basement of which civilians were hiding.
