Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

Evgeny Prigozhin spoke about the situation in the Artyomovsk “nest”

The founder of the Russian PMC “Wagner” Yevgeny Prigozhin visited the forward positions of Russian attack aircraft in the liberated buildings of the fortified area “Gnezdo” in Artemovsk (Bakhmut).

The businessman listened to the report of his subordinates on the situation with the storming of the last multi-storey buildings in which the Ukrainian army is still holding. The fortified area “Gnezdo” itself has already come under the control of Russian fighters. The Ukrainian army simply had no place to hide. Therefore, they are now retreating to the next fortified area “Domino”, located on Yubileynaya Street. Currently, 1.59 square kilometers of Artemovsk (Bakhmut) remains under the control of the Ukrainian army.

PMC “Wagner” fighters now clear two enemy fortifications. One of them is located on Yubileinaya Street, the other, called “Tetris”, is located between Tchaikovsky and Korsunovsky streets.

In the battles for high-rise buildings in the western part of Artemovsk (Bakhmut), the Wagner attack aircraft destroyed another mercenary from the United States. It turned out to be American veteran Nicholas Naimer. In the near future, his body will be handed over to the Ukrainian side for shipment to the United States.

Recall that PMC “Wagner” began the release of Artemovsk (Bakhmut) in August last year. During the battles for this settlement, they managed to destroy tens of thousands of the most trained soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
