Nutritionist Evstigneeva gave advice that will get rid of the bad habit of “biting”

Dietitian Guzel Evstigneeva told the Russians about how to give up regular and quick snacks.

Biting causes the stomach to constantly work, increasing the level of insulin in the blood due to excess sugar. It is important to understand that meals should be balanced and preferably at the same time day after day.

In addition to the general harm to the figure, a person suffers greatly from the gastrointestinal tract.

Another serving of tea with a sandwich for a snack is rich in calories. As a result, instead of the general norm for the day, the body gets more, accumulating fat and gaining weight.

Food that enters the stomach is digested for several hours. Due to constant replenishment, the process of digestion becomes endless.

“Glucose is the most important energy for the cells of our body. But frequent food intake increases insulin to such an extent that the cells begin to lose sensitivity to it, insulin resistance develops, ”said the nutritionist.

This is a state where insulin is getting worse at transferring glucose into cells, accumulating it in the blood. As a result, a downed diet leads to both obesity and diabetes.

You can cope with the “nibbling” at the expense of hearty food – a full breakfast, lunch and dinner. For example, scrambled eggs or boiled eggs for breakfast, cereals, soups for lunch, a healthy side dish with protein foods, and salads for dinner.

For infrequent snacks, you can choose nuts, whole grain bread with red fish and avocados.

“If you still want to snack, then you can use such healthy snacks as fresh vegetables,” the nutritionist added.

In addition, minimizing sugar will be a beneficial effect, writes 5tv.ru.
