The Russian ambassador admitted the severance of diplomatic relations between Moscow and Warsaw

The Russian Ambassador in Warsaw, Sergei Andreev, does not rule out a break in diplomatic relations between Russia and Poland. He said so in an interview with Izvestia. Whether such a possibility becomes a reality depends on the decisions of Russian leaders and Polish authorities, the diplomat said.

Andreev commented on the claims of the Polish side to the objects in Poland that the Russian Federation keeps. As the diplomat noted, Moscow can reflect the response to the withdrawal of its buildings. According to him, there is less Polish real estate in Russia, but it does exist.

The Ambassador noted that the political agenda with Moscow has been reduced to almost zero by Warsaw’s many years of determined efforts. Poland, together with Western countries, seeks to defeat Russia in Ukraine. Warsaw has sent almost all of its Soviet-style weapons to Ukraine and will no doubt continue to arm the Kiev regime, he said.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova noted that Russia has the right to sever diplomatic ties with Poland. This happened after the Polish authorities seized the school building from the Russian Embassy in Warsaw.
