Maxim and Anna Kuznetsov, Nesvizh district:
- We will never trade nature and a cozy house in the village for a big city with its bustle. We are going to work in the center of the district, to the benefit of only covering about ten kilometres. In the evening, the whole family drinks herbal tea in the gazebo, plays volleyball, frys the barbecue. We have a large garden: apple trees, plum trees, cherry trees. We grow flowers. This is the kind of life we love.
Evgeny Shkaruba, Partnership Manager for Pomor Shipbuilding, Arkhangelsk:
- I am planning to move out of town, but have not found suitable accommodation yet. Transport accessibility is important to my family – no more than an hour from the city. Secondly, the condition of the house: in the Arkhangelsk region there are many old wooden houses in which no one lives. I really like Pomeranian huts “with history”, but I want the house to be solid and with good potential, so that it can be quickly put in order and made comfortable. In addition, it is important to find a house located on the shore of a river or lake: this will give you the opportunity to do what you love – teaching people how to manage sailboats.
Julia and Ivan Lomatchenko, winners of the All-Russian competition “Family of the Year-2022”, Rostov region:
- We moved from Rostov-on-Don to the Sulin farm 15 years ago: I wanted to develop my own business. Of course, they understood: it would be necessary to plow. And in the truest sense of the word. But we don’t regret anything, even if we have to work. We started with a personal subsidiary farm, now we have a big farm, we are developing a dairy business. Of the 900 cows, half is a dairy herd. Nine tons of milk a day. We are suppliers of a large factory in the Voronezh region. Raising sons. They don’t rush into town either. The eldest, Pavel, dreams of becoming an agronomist, the youngest, Timofey, is a livestock specialist. And we are happy in our village!
Anna Sinitskaya, accountant, Lelchitsy: - I live in the urban village of Lelchitsy, there is a wonderful nature here, the Ubort river. By the way, our region is one of the most forested in the country. So there is plenty to do in your free time. Berries, mushrooms, in hot weather we like the whole family to relax by the river or go kayaking. She lived in the regional center for a long time, but due to family circumstances, she has been in town for about ten years. I really like it, because here you can mostly feel the unity with nature.
Varvara Molyavko, pensioner, Braslav district:
- In winter, the village is boring, but in warm weather it is a completely different matter. The garden begins, the harvest season, I plant tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, cucumbers and other vegetables. I don’t even do it to save or help children. It’s just very nice to see the plants grow and take care of them. To cut a salad, just take a walk in the garden. Isn’t it idyllic?
Vitaly Zainullin, builder, Kazan:
- There is happiness in the village if there is work. I bought a house near Kazan, and everything is wonderful here. And wired internet, and adequate neighbors, and nature, and your own supermarket. I bought a property in the countryside because I spent half my life in the countryside. The only thing that is not suitable is the traffic jams towards the city.
