The discovery of Putin’s nuclear cache… and here are the details

US news site “Business Insider” said the resort contains all the luxuries Putin could want.

Currently imprisoned Russian dissident Alexei Navalny previously revealed the luxury resort, which includes a synagogue, wine cellar and casino.

Not only that, there is also an ice hockey rink.

secluded palace

And strict security measures have been taken around the luxurious resort, which Business Insider described as the “imperial palace”, as it is isolated from the country, with around 17,000 hectares of forest, and a no-fly zone.

Fatal error

With a keen interest on the part of the palace architects in princely luxury and castle defences, they overlooked a very important detail.

And the US news site said they had failed to hide the plans which show two tunnels under the palace complex, and these are plans that any security apparatus seeks to keep secret.

The blunder was made public, as the corresponding plans were posted online by a Russian contractor.

In detail, the contractor posted the plans on his own website to promote his work in early 2010, and they were posted online until the end of 2016.

Repost photos

The American news site “Business Insider” reposted animated versions of the plans with an English translation and an explanation of the importance of the safety of the two tunnels.

Putin’s secret hideout beneath his compound consists of two separate tunnels, accessible via an electric elevator that descends more than 50 meters below the surface.

Architectural plans show that both tunnels are encased in thick concrete and have enough fresh water, adequate ventilation and spacious compartments to serve VIPs for days or even weeks.

The underpass leads to a conveyor belt leading outside.

All kinds of safety and security

American construction engineer, familiar with defense structures, Thaddeus Gabrzewski, who reviewed the engineering plans of Putin’s hideout, said it contains the types of safety and security.

He added that a fire system, a water system and a third sewer system exist in both tunnels, all of which are designed to ensure the person is alive or able to escape.

And Putin is not the only one preparing for a nuclear war with bunkers.

The leaders of all nuclear countries have maximum contingency plans in the event of nuclear war, including the US President, whose nuclear bunkers are located under the White House and at Wealth Mountain in Virginia.
