Ezzat said during his meeting with the President of South Sudan, Salva Kiir Mayardit, in Juba on Wednesday, that the president of the southern neighbor “is the person who best understands the Sudanese problem”.
He also felt that talking about the RSF’s use of citizens as human shields is “illogical and incorrect”, noting that the RSF formed a force “to protect civilians and their property in order to limit the looting and looting that has place in the neighborhoods and markets of Khartoum.”
He pointed out that the Rapid Support Forces control 90% of the areas of Khartoum.
