It is stated that SAM radars produce a strong electromagnetic signature, which can be easily detected by determining the location.
“Even the fastest configuration of the Patriot system is also quite static and takes time to move from place to place,” the document says.
It is also pointed out that with the help of “ground informants” and satellite images, it is possible to determine the location of such a large object in near real time.
The Russian Kinzhal missile is the best weapon that can be used to attack SAM batteries. Munitions are designed to evade missile defenses.
The day before, the Ministry of Defense reported that the Kinzhal hypersonic missile had destroyed five launchers and a radar station at the American Patriot complex in Kyiv.
