Professor Skalny informed about the benefits of bread and the calorie content of potatoes

The founder of the scientific school of bioelementology Anatoly Viktorovich Skalny told RuNews24 the truth about familiar products

According to the expert, the most effective carbohydrate intake for weight loss is 150-250 grams per day for women and 200-350 grams per day for men.

Since women need to include fruits containing simple carbohydrates in their diet, as well as cereals and other carbohydrate-containing foods – about 100 grams of bread for the first group and 150 for men, the professor noted that only about 50-100 grams of this product remains per day.

The calorie content of potatoes is relatively low, according to Professor Skalni – only 76 kilocalories per 100 grams.

This product contains, among other things, 2 grams of protein, 16 grams of carbohydrates and 0.4 grams of fat. Among other things, the doctor discussed the advantages and disadvantages of eating soups.
