In the next few days, the Russian North will be overwhelmed by a wave of unusually warm weather for these places and for this period.
As the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand explained, in the Arkhangelsk region, the Republic of Komi, YaNAO and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, the thermometer will rise to twenty-six degrees Celsius.
It will be noticeably above plus twenty in Yakutia and Kamchatka, about eight degrees above the norm. Even in the Kuban during this period it will be colder.
But on the territory of the Chelyabinsk region, the Perm Territory and Bashkiria, a real winter will come. A drop to minus two is expected there.
And in the Omsk and Irkutsk regions and in the Altai Territory, the air temperature in the next few days will drop to minus seven degrees.
