US balloons have caught unexplained sounds at low frequencies in the stratosphere

American balloons stumbled upon unfamiliar sounds at low frequencies that were detected in the stratosphere.

The advantage of being in the stratosphere is that it is quieter there than on other surfaces. Special equipment is able to hear what is not subject to the human ear.

Inexplicable sounds were indeed heard, moreover, by several balloons at once, which at that time reached a height of 21 kilometers.
