Oleksiy Danilov, secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council, confirmed on national television that Zelensky would attend the summit. “We are sure that our president will go wherever Ukraine needs him,” Danilov said. So that the issue of stability in our country can be resolved.

“Many very important matters will be discussed there, so personal presence is important to protect our interests,” he said. Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said he had met Zelensky during his visit to Kiev in March. On Friday, Zelensky will also attend the meeting of the leaders of the G7 countries through digital means, in which the leaders will be informed about the latest situation in the war zone and will discuss their efforts to disrupt Russia’s war effort.
