Russian banks have asked the Ministry of Defense to give them access to the register of recipients of electronic subpoenas, RBC reports with reference to the NSFR letters. It is specified that the banks fear an increase in complaints without access to databases.

Banks are required to refuse credit to refractory conscripts, but they do not have access to a unified register of conscripts.

“The NSFR is asking in a letter to provide banks with access to the date the summons was sent, the date it is considered served and the date the restrictive measures begin to apply,” the statement said. report.

It is also noted that the council proposed to provide banks with access to databases within 60 seconds without the consent of the citizen.

On the eve of the Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, Maksut Shadayev said that the register of persons liable for military service will work by the autumn draft.
