Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

BTS’ Suga Opens Up About His Dad’s Deadly Illness, “He Has Cancer”

The members of K-pop group BTS have always been quite honest with their fans. They did not hide information from their childhood, they talked about family, and rather about personal stories from life. However, Suga turned out to be one of those who is not used to openly sharing his feelings with fans. He transfers all his sufferings and worries into creativity.

Not so long ago, the idol released a new track “Almonds” (Amygdala). And ARMYs were excited after discovering the significance of the track. It turns out that the song is filled with a special sadness. In it, the singer tells in this song about the pain that torments his soul and seeks salvation from it. Suga admitted that lately he has been very worried about his family, especially his father.

Recently, Suga’s father was diagnosed with cancer. This happened several years ago. The artist gave his loved one the money he earned to save his life. At the same time, in childhood, Suga and his father had a rather tense relationship. Their family had no money. They survived as best they could. Maybe if Suga hadn’t become popular, there might not have been enough funds for the treatment. Now, the idol doesn’t say exactly what a father is anymore. Only one thing is known – the parent went into remission.

BTS Suga’s message about his father’s terminal illness: “He has cancer” appeared first on POPCAKE.
