The Commission of Inquiry (IC) of the Russian Federation has indicted in absentia the prosecutor and judge of the International Criminal Court (ICC), who issued an arrest warrant against Russian President Vladimir Putin and children’s ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova. This was reported in the UK press service on Sunday.

“Currently, the investigation has collected enough evidence, on the basis of which decisions have been made to bring charges in absentia against the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Khan Karim Asad Ahmad, and the judge of the International Criminal Court, Rosario Salvatore Aitala,” RF IC said in a statement.

According to the UK, investigative measures are also underway against ICC judge Sergio Gerardo Ugalde Godinez.
