At a meeting of the council for interethnic relations in Pyatigorsk, Putin noticed that Kadyrov’s beard had grown longer.
“Later, already at our separate personal meeting, Vladimir Vladimirovich again joked about the beard, and I explained to our president that I let it go during the period of the special operation,” Kadyrov explained. .
According to him, Chechen fighters also let their beards grow.
“For us, as defenders, this is not only a duty to the homeland, it is also a holy jihad against Satanists who encroach on religious values and traditional institutions of a healthy society,” concluded Kadyrov.
