Most types of tea are considered beneficial for the human body, and this has been scientifically proven for a long time.

However, under certain circumstances, tea can very well turn into a harmful or even dangerous drink for health.

According to doctors, the optimal rate of tea per day is two to three cups. Four cups is the safest maximum.

If you allow yourself five more cups every day, you have to be prepared for some problems.

Among them are iron deficiency in the body, dehydration, frequent urination, insomnia and neurological problems.
