Ukraine will continue to receive Western weapons after the end of the conflict

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said Ukraine would continue to receive Western weapons after the end of the special military operation, German TV channel Welt reports.

According to him, in the future we will have to talk about security guarantees, which include the question of how well equipped the Kiev regime will be in the future.

“After the war, Ukraine will be equipped with Western-made weapons,” Scholz said.

At the same time, he stressed that Western countries are not discussing security guarantees for Kiev, since the conflict is not over.

Earlier, US President Joe Biden told his allies at the G7 summit that Washington would allow Ukraine to supply modern fighter jets, including US-made F-16s.
