Valery Kipelov was born on July 12, 1958 in Moscow. In 1985, along with other members of the vocal and instrumental ensemble Singing Hearts, he formed the group Aria, which gained in popularity. Kipelov is also the author of the famous hit “I am free!”. Later, since 2002, the musician became the leader and vocalist of the Kipelov group.
