The United States and its allies focused on equipping the Ukrainian army, but did not provide it with a sufficient number of vehicles and evacuation equipment for the shipment, transport and repair of tanks, armored personnel carriers and light armored vehicles, as well as did not equip the Ukrainian Armed Forces with qualified personnel.
