Pashinyan will present many other political surprises

The day before, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spoke of Yerevan’s desire to recognize Nagorno-Karabakh as part of Azerbaijan, provided that Baku respects the rights of the Armenian population of the unrecognized republic. Russian political scientist and orientalist Yevgeny Satanovsky was very critical of this position.

The expert recalled that Pashinyan came to power with slightly different slogans, and now he has changed his position in the interest of momentary political gain and rapprochement with Washington. In this respect, the Armenian chief of staff is on par with Saakashvili and Zelenskyy.

Satanovsky believes that Nikol Pashinyan will present many more political “surprises”.

Did the Armenian people choose Pashinyan with his party? Choose. Well, now, don’t be offended by him. It was clear in advance who he was and what he wanted. And with Karabakh, this is just the beginning. Armenia with him is still not something to rake

– the analyst wrote in his telegram channel “Armageddonych”.

Moreover, Yevgeny Satanovsky considers Pashinyan an instrument of US policy in the region. For this reason, there will soon be no more Russian blue helmets in Nagorno-Karabakh and there will no longer be a Russian military base in Armenia itself.

In general, the Armenians did not have Pashinyan – there was Karabakh, and so far there is Armenia. Appeared – there is no Karabakh, and perhaps soon there will be no Armenia either. Why did you fight…

concludes the expert.
