The Bolshoi Theater of Belarus goes on a tour of the cities of Russia News

More than 60 people are taking part in the tour, which will last until June 8. Performances will begin Thursday, May 25 on the stage of the Mari State Opera and Ballet Theater, where Pyotr Tchaikovsky’s immortal music will be performed that evening. In addition, the Belarusian ballet will show here the production of “Anna Karenina” by Olga Kostel.

The same performance is included in the tour program and on the stage of the Tatar Academic State Opera and Ballet Theater named after Musa Jalil on May 26-27, where these days the XXXVI International Classical Ballet Festival named after of Nureyev.

At the Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theater in Ufa, on May 30-31, viewers will see the play “Anna Karenina.”

For the first time, the Belarusian theater team will also perform on the stage of the Chelyabinsk Opera and Ballet Theater named after Mr. Glinka. During the XIV International Ballet Festival “In Honor of Ekaterina Maximova”, the ballets “Swan Lake” and “Anna Karenina” will be presented here in the first week of June. The performances will be conducted by the conductor of the Bolshoi Theater, Honored Art Worker of the Republic of Belarus Nikolai Kolyadko.

And the tour will end on June 8 at the Tyumen Philharmonic with a performance of the ballet “Anna Karenina”. By the way, the main parts of the productions will be performed by leading ballet soloists: People’s Artists of Belarus Anton Kravchenko, Igor Artamonov, Honored Artists of the Republic Lyudmila Khitrova, Marina Vezhnovets, Yuri Kovalev, as well as Konstantin Belokhvostik, Victoria Trenkina, Tatyana Ulasen, Vladimir Ruda and others.
