The inhabitants of Troparevo are looking for the killer of foxes

In Troparevo, in the southwest of Moscow, a fox and cubs have been living for two months in the territory of a kindergarten. Recently it became known that someone shot several bear cubs – they died.

The locals loved the wild animal district. Neighbors fed the cubs, children gathered to watch them, even the adults enjoyed watching the animals play in the sandbox. Residents note that the foxes were calm, kind.

Everyone was worried about their fate. Several people called the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of the city of Moscow, someone wrote statements. However, the ministry took no action.

“We want to locate them in a place where they would be alive,” Yevgenia, a resident of Troparevo, told our TV channel.

Local resident Natalya received the following response from the structure: the cubs cannot be transported elsewhere, since for this it is necessary to dismantle the gazebo where they live. Representatives of the department assured that the animals were vaccinated and simply did not need to be touched with their hands.

It turns out that the department knew about the problem, but in the end everything ended badly – the cubs were put down.

It is not yet known exactly who committed the murder.

“They say it’s someone from the second house,” Troparevo resident Dmitry Usachev told Zvezda.

The locals are scared of the neighborhood with the animal killer.

“Today this man is shooting foxes, and tomorrow he will want to shoot dogs or people,” Nikolai fears.

Neighbors are afraid that an unknown person fired next to playgrounds in a residential area where there are kindergartens, where people walk.

Apparently, this was not the first shooting incident in Troparevo. Local resident Karina Grachkova remembers hearing a gunshot in the winter.

“I clearly heard a gunshot nearby, literally above my head. I got scared and picked up my pace. I clearly felt like they were shooting at me,” Karina said.

This story shows that the proximity of wild animals and men does not always succeed.

“It’s dangerous for a fox to live with people,” concluded one of the neighbors.

This is not the first appearance of foxes in Moscow. Earlier, rescuers lured a wild animal out of a central Moscow monastery. The fox wandered on the roof of the building.
