At the same time, it is indicated that the unblocking of the Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline would not be provided for by the existing conditions. The Foreign Office pointed out that “the transit of ammonia, as well as the import of new portions of grain, although not stated literally, is implied by the logic of the agreement”. Also, Ukrainian food is exported from the port of Yuzhny, but not Russian ammonia.
